Ten years ago we started Flexial with a vision - to be recognized by customer and peer as an authority and leading supplier of premier welded bellows PRODUCTS and related technology. Today, Flexial stands as the third-largest broad-spectrum manufacturer of welded bellows in the United States.

We established a trilogy of actions to achieve this vision: First and foremost, we determined to further our customers’ interests with PRODUCTS and service of uncompromising quality; to remain accessible, professional, pro-active, and resolute in word and deed; living the golden rule.

Second, we knew that we must also further our own interests by remaining profitable, assisting and challenging our coworkers, supporting our vendors, expanding our capabilities, and remaining considerate of our local and global community.

Finally, we would further our technology – carry it into new realms. Through invention, through innovation we would raise unique, practical, and beneficial new PRODUCTS and technologies.
