Flexial Corporation recognizes and emphasizes the
importance of ensuring that design, quality, delivery,
and cost objectives are met on every program. This
is no small task for a growth company. To this end,
Flexial structured its organization to include a development
group, called FrontworX, which would be tasked with
this responsibility.
What is FrontworX? FrontworX is Flexial’s development
group. Assembled from every functional organization,
Flexial’s FrontworX Team was designed to focus
our product development activities, and to ensure
that all objectives are met.
The FrontworX Concept is all about planning and resource
management.
Our development cycle is defined, with systematic
mapping of every step of the process (from concept
to delivery). Finite Resource Management is employed
to meet specific objectives.
The manager administers a system designed to provide
real-time, current information about each of our development
activities, accessible to the entire organization
(and the customer, as well).
Project Charts define all steps. Task completion
is updated in real-time, every day, and resources
are leveled on an hour-by-hour basis. Our intranet-based
paperless system ensures that the right information
is available to every team member, all the time.
Program Status is readily available at any time,
including detailed Gantt charts. Modifications to
programs based on changing customer
needs are implemented quickly.
